Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns must be approved before items are sent back.

- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or made-to-order items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before purchasing.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please return your original purchase (subject to approval) and place a new order.


EU 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
